Research - Occupational Health Psychology

In health and occupational psychology, Professor Trevor Hussey, our former Research Student, now Lecturer, Nadia Wager and I, conducted a controlled study on the impact of supervisors upon their staff.  We found that employees tend to have raised systolic and diastolic ambulatory blood pressure when working under supervisors whom they perceive negatively:
